These terms govern text message (SMS/MMS) communications between you and Amore, Inc. ("Amore," "we," "us," or "our").

Program Description

Amore operates a conversational messaging line used to respond to customers, vendors, job applicants, and others who contact our business. Messages are replies and follow-ups related to your inquiry — for example answering a question, confirming details of an order or catering event, or following up on a prior conversation.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this line.

Messages may be sent or answered by our business assistant on our behalf.

How You Consent

You consent to receive text messages from Amore when you:

• Send a text message to our published business number, or
• Provide your mobile number to us and ask us to follow up by text, or
• Provide your mobile number as part of employment onboarding, having agreed in writing to receive work-related operational messages

You are never required to consent to text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by conversation. Most conversations involve fewer than ten (10) messages per month. We only message you in the context of an active inquiry or relationship.

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your use of this messaging line is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
